Shelly Kwiatkouski is the founder of Hot House Yoga where she has spent 5 great years serving and teaching among a thriving yoga community. 

Over time, Shelly has developed a teaching style that blends a wealth of knowledge and yoga experience to create a, vigorous-yet-sumptuous approach to Hot Flow Yoga (vinyasa flow) that effortlessly melds awareness with movement and breathe.

Shelly's classes are strong, sweaty and deeply nurturing, full of great music, playfulness and lots of heart. Where age-old teachings are shared in an authentic voice that wraps the experience of asanas with poetry, metaphor, humor, and storytelling. 

In the realm of Hot Yoga, Shelly is thankful to have been primarily influenced by Jimmy Barkan. Shelly is inspired by every student and teacher that walks through the doors of Hot House Yoga.

Based in Ormond Beach, Florida she has taught over 2500 hours of yoga is a Certified ERYT Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, shares workshops, meditation classes, hot flow 200 RYT teacher training's and other healing modalities. A true visionary the only thing Shelly will guarantee is change!

Shelly is passionate about expanding Hot House Yoga and advancebody offering a very unique combination of healing arts with the influence of yoga, meditation, music and service. Coming soon a womens intuition program, book club, meditation circles, healing festivals, detox programs and retreats. Look out people she is just getting started!

What is it about yoga?  Is it just the latest exercise craze or is it here to stay as it has stayed a constant way of life in the East for centuries?  Are we going to westernize it so much that we ruin it, or is it just possible that it will have a positive and lasting effect on our deteriorating society?
